The invention can make lipase and lipoxidase in the highland barley cortex lose activity, thereby improving the stability of the highland barley powder, ensuring the long-term storage of the highland barley powder, simultaneously avoiding the adverse effect of frying treatment in the traditional powder preparation process and effectively improving the quality of the highland barley powder.
