abstract The purpose of the present invention is to solve the problem of inhibition of measurement of a biopolymer in a nanopore formed by the three-dimensional structure of a biopolymer composed of a nucleic acid. The present invention provides an analysis device for analyzing a biopolymer composed of nucleic acids, the analysis device comprising: an array device comprising a plurality of thin film portions having nanopores, a plurality of individual wells and a single common well capable of storing a measurement solution in contact with the thin films, and a plurality of electrodes provided in each of the plurality of individual wells, wherein the measurement solution is injected into each of the individual wells and the common well in contact with the thin films, and has a pH of at least the pKa of a guanine base and contains a cation having cesium ion as an electrolyte.
