abstract The present invention relates to a process for making spandex having improved unwinding properties and enhanced adhesion to hot melt adhesives; more particularly, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing spandex by adding a polystyrene polymer to a polyurethaneurea solution, which is a spinning solution. Thus, when the spandex is unwound, irregular cover loops, tension peaks, and the like can be effectively improved, and other physical properties are not affected. Furthermore, the adhesive property with the hot melt adhesive is enhanced.
