abstract | The invention relates to a method for predicting abnormality of spindle assembly checkpoints in triple-negative breast cancer by using lncRNA-mRNA co-expression network, comprising the following steps: experimental grouping, RNA extraction, differential expression analysis of lncRNA chip data, and lncRNA target gene analysis and Control network construction. The method of using the lncRNA-mRNA co-expression network to predict the abnormality of the spindle assembly checkpoint in triple-negative breast cancer of the present invention provides the method for the discovery of new molecular markers of triple-negative breast cancer by predicting the abnormality of the spindle assembly checkpoint through the lncRNA-mRNA co-expression network. A new approach has been developed to provide a reference for predicting the prognosis of triple-negative breast cancer. |
