titleOfInvention Method for separating arsenite ions and arsenate ions in solution
abstract The invention discloses a method for separating arsenite ions and arsenate ions in a solution, which comprises the following steps: (1) soaking the chromatographic paper in a buffer solution, taking out and air-drying or drying; (2) adding a sample solution to the bottom end point of the chromatographic paper obtained in the step (1), and then placing the chromatographic paper in a methanol-water-sulfuric acid chromatographic solution or a methanol-water-formic acid chromatographic solution for paper chromatography; (3) and when the front edge of the chromatographic solution is close to the front edge of the top end of the chromatographic paper, taking out the chromatographic paper, and air-drying or baking the chromatographic paper. The invention can effectively separate arsenite ions and arsenate ions, and when a chromatographic solution with the volume ratio of methanol, water and concentrated sulfuric acid of 40:8:1 is used, the Rf of the arsenite ions is 0.416, and the Rf of the arsenate ions is 0.833; when a chromatography liquid with a volume ratio of methanol to water to formic acid of 20:6:1 was used, Rf of arsenite ion was 0.541 and Rf of arsenate ion was 0.291.
