titleOfInvention | Fluorescein fluorescent probe for detecting mercury ions and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a fluorescein fluorescent probe for detecting mercury ions, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the structural formula of the fluorescent probe is as follows: the preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving fluorescein in a solvent, dropwise adding hydrazine hydrate for reaction, removing the solvent and unreacted hydrazine hydrate, extracting, drying, filtering, and spin-drying to obtain fluorescein hydrazide; dissolving 4-phenyl-3-thiosemicarbazide in a solvent, adding an acid-binding agent, dropwise adding a cyanuric chloride solution under the protection of nitrogen, stirring, spin-drying, recrystallizing and drying to obtain PCF; dissolving fluorescein hydrazide in solvent, adding acid-binding agent, dropwise adding PCF solution under the protection of nitrogen gas for reaction, cooling, filtering, spin-drying, separating, and drying to obtain the final product. The fluorescein fluorescent probe is obtained by reacting triazine ring as a bridge with rhodamine hydrazide, has good selectivity on mercury ions, and has good use effect in the aspect of sewage treatment application; the preparation method is simple, high in yield, low in cost and good in application prospect. |
