abstract | The 3D direct-writing zirconia ceramic ink comprises zirconia particles, a solvent, a binder, a dispersant and a salt substance; the particle size of the zirconia particles is 0.1-2 μm, and the solid phase content in the ink is 40-58 vol%; the dispersant is one or more of polyacrylic acid, polyethylene acid, ammonium polyacrylate, polyvinyl acid salt, polyacrylic acid salt, polycarboxylate and polyacetimide, and the dispersant is 0.1-2% of zirconia particle dry powder by mass; the salt substance is one or more of ammonium chloride, zinc acetate, sodium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, barium chloride, ammonium bicarbonate, anhydrous calcium chloride, potassium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium carbonate, anhydrous sodium acetate, anhydrous calcium chloride, copper sulfate, basic copper carbonate, ammonium sulfate, ammonium bicarbonate, aluminum potassium sulfate and sodium citrate, and the salt substance accounts for 0.001-0.1% of the mass of the ink. The invention can be printed at room temperature, has higher solid content, can flow out from a fine nozzle without blockage, can be quickly solidified into filaments with certain strength and has good rheological property. |
