The invention also relates to the application of the connector in preparing a medicament for treating tumors. The TCS-cell-penetrating peptide-tumor protease substrate peptide fusion protein can improve the cytotoxicity of trichosanthin to tumor cells and is used for treating malignant tumors. The connector of the invention can cross blood brain barrier and accumulate in brain tumor, selectively kill tumor cells with high matrix metalloproteinase-2 expression through the high expression of tumor cells matrix metalloproteinase responsiveness, thereby inhibiting the growth of tumor and prolonging the life cycle. |
