abstract |
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for preparing a precursor solution for preparing an electron transport layer of a solar cell, comprising: adding tin chloride to an organic solvent to form a mixed solution; heating, evaporating and condensing the mixed solution Refluxing the mixed solution to form a tin dioxide sol; and adding an alkaline additive to the mixed solution with the tin dioxide sol to increase the particle size of the tin dioxide sol, thereby obtaining the precursor solution. Also provided is a precursor solution for preparing the electron transport layer of a solar cell, including an organic solvent, tin dioxide sol and an alkaline additive, and the tin dioxide sol and the alkaline additive are dispersed in the organic solvent. Also provided are a preparation method of the electron transport layer of a solar cell and a solar cell comprising the electron transport layer. |
