In the heterogeneous catalyst, metalloporphyrin and quaternary phosphonium salt functional groups are taken as main active species, namely the metalloporphyrin group acts as Lewis acid, and halide ions in the quaternary phosphonium salt are taken as nucleophilic reagents. The organic porous copolymer carrier containing metalloporphyrin and quaternary phosphonium salt groups is formed by copolymerizing alkylene metalloporphyrin and quaternary phosphonium salt monomers. The heterogeneous catalyst provided by the invention is applied to a coupling reaction process of an epoxy compound and carbon dioxide, and abundant N, P atoms in a polymer skeleton can increase CO 2 Adsorption of (3); the porous organic polymer material can seal and limit reaction substrates in nano-scale pores and increase the concentration of the substrates on catalytic sites, so that the catalyst has the dual advantages of extremely high activity and high stability. |
