titleOfInvention | Multifunctional imidazolium surfactant and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a polyfunctionality imidazolium surfactant and a preparation method thereof, wherein the polyfunctionality imidazolium surfactant comprises the following components in parts by weight: (1) preparation of an alkyl substituted imidazole intermediate; (2) preparing a bromo oligomer intermediate; (3) under the protection of nitrogen, adding an alkyl substituted imidazole intermediate, a bromo oligomer intermediate and acetonitrile into a reaction bottle, stirring, heating to reflux, reacting, cooling to room temperature, and removing the solvent to obtain the imidazolium surfactant. Compared with the prior art, the triimidazolium surfactant provided by the invention has excellent performance, has three imidazolium groups, and greatly enhances the hydrophilicity of the surfactant; the tri-imidazolium surfactant can effectively control the size of hydrophobic groups in the surfactant molecules by adjusting the dosage of the monomers, and is favorable for regulating and controlling the performance of the surfactant; the preparation method and the process of the imidazolium surfactant are simple, the obtained product is easy to separate and purify, the by-products are few, and the preparation method is environment-friendly. |
