titleOfInvention | Preparation method of m-aminophenylacetylene |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of organic synthesis, in particular to a preparation method of m-aminophenylacetylene. The invention provides a preparation method of m-aminophenylacetylene, which comprises the following steps: coupling reaction of a compound of formula I and a compound of formula II to obtain a compound of formula III; and preparing the compound of the formula III to obtain the compound of the formula V. The preparation method of m-aminophenylacetylene provided by the invention has a short synthetic route, and particularly, the target product can be obtained by taking m-bromophenylacetylene as a raw material through two-step reaction, so that the energy consumption is low, and the method is environment-friendly. In addition, the m-aminophenylacetylene prepared is used as an anticancer drug raw material, and the generation of potential toxic gene impurities containing halogen and olefinic bond structures can be effectively avoided from the source. |
