Preparing dendritic polycaprolactone by ring-opening polymerization of dendritic polyester and caprolactone, reacting the obtained dendritic polycaprolactone with dibromo isobutyryl bromide and triethylamine to obtain dendritic macroinitiator, and carrying out atom transfer radical polymerization of the macroinitiator and tert-butyl methacrylate to obtain HPs-Star-PCL- b PtbMA, hydrolyzing the obtained product to obtain HPs-Star-PCL- b PMAA, hydroxy-spiropyran HPs-Star-PCL- b PMAA to HPs-Star-PCL-Acone by esterification b -PMAA-SP. The micelle prepared by the invention has pH responsiveness and light responsiveness by self-assembly to form the micelle. The reversible regulation is carried out by ultraviolet and visible light irradiation or acid-base, and the method has wide application in the fields of biological cell imaging, photoelectric devices, molecular logic switches, drug controlled release and the like. |
