abstract | The invention relates to a method for realizing sludge quality-based phase-separated resource recovery, and creatively provides a method of 'two-level high-solid-content pyrohydrolysis + synchronous solid-liquid separation + efficient liquid methane production/solid dry anaerobic fermentation + land utilization'. Compared with the prior art, the invention can effectively realize the quality separation and solid-liquid phase separation efficient treatment of degradable organic matters, refractory organic matters and inorganic matters in the sludge, and the high-organic-matter-rich thermal hydrolysate is subjected to anaerobic digestion by adopting a two-stage UASB (upflow anaerobic sludge blanket) efficient anaerobic reactor, thereby greatly shortening the retention time, obviously reducing the volume of the digester, and obviously improving the conversion efficiency of the organic matter anaerobic digestion; meanwhile, high-dry dehydration of the pyrohydrolysis sludge is realized under the condition of no medicine addition by utilizing a high-temperature condition, the dehydration performance and the quality of the mud cake are obviously improved, the energy consumption and material consumption level in the sludge treatment process is obviously reduced, finally, the dehydrated mud cake is subjected to dry anaerobic fermentation by utilizing the self waste heat to recover biogas energy and realize stabilization of the mud cake, and the discharged material is utilized in land. |
