titleOfInvention | Nanofiltration composite membrane for selective ion separation and preparation method thereof |
abstract | A nanofiltration composite membrane and a preparation method thereof belong to the technical field of water treatment membranes. The nanofiltration composite membrane comprises a substrate supporting layer, an intermediate porous layer and an ultrathin separating layer; the ultrathin separation layer is formed by compounding two materials of graphene oxide and polyamide. The size of the graphene oxide sheet layer is controlled to be dozens to hundreds of nanometers. According to the invention, the graphene oxide nanosheets are dispersed in the piperazine water phase and then added into the nanofiltration membrane through in-situ interfacial polymerization reaction with the trimesoyl chloride oil phase, so that the water flux and the ion selectivity of the nanofiltration membrane can be improved simultaneously. |
