abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing microcrystalline cellulose from sorghum straw, which comprises the following steps: (a) alkali pretreatment: drying and pulverizing the sorghum straw raw material, centrifugal washing, and performing alkali treatment; (b) bleaching: the sorghum straw obtained in step (a) is treated with alkali. The cellulose is added with a bleaching agent for bleaching treatment; c acid hydrolysis: the acid solution is added to the cellulose obtained in the step b with a liquid-solid ratio of 15-30:1, and the temperature of the acid hydrolysis is 40-100 ℃, and the time is 50-90min; d Enzymatic hydrolysis: adding an enzyme to the microcrystalline cellulose obtained in the step c for enzymatic hydrolysis to obtain the enzyme-treated microcrystalline cellulose. The method for preparing microcrystalline cellulose from sorghum straw of the present invention expands the development and utilization of sorghum, not only avoids waste of resources, but also helps to protect the environment, improves the added value of sorghum straw, and can prepare high-purity microcrystalline fibers white. |
