The invention provides a method for catalyzing vinyl monomer polymerization reaction by transition metal nanoparticles, which comprises the following steps: under the protection of inert gas, uniformly mixing a vinyl unsaturated monomer, catalyst transition metal nanoparticles, an initiator organosilicon hydride and a solvent, reacting at 0-130 ℃ for 0.2-72 h, and then carrying out post-treatment on a reaction system to obtain a product; the method has wide monomer application range, the reaction can be carried out at normal pressure, room temperature or near room temperature, the lowest usage amount of the catalyst can be below 1.0ppm, special instruments and equipment are not needed, the preparation steps are simple, and the production cost is low; can be used for preparing ultra-high molecular weight polymers with molecular weight more than 300 ten thousand, is suitable for producing high-strength and high-modulus polymer materials, and has wide application prospect in the fields of chemical fibers, rubber elastomers, plastics, coatings, adhesives, biomedical polymers and the like. |
