The preparation method of the immobilized liposome capillary monolithic column has the advantages of good repeatability, large liposome immobilization amount, stable performance and long service life. The immobilized liposome capillary monolithic column has excellent separation performance on neutral compounds such as naphthol, benzene series, steroid drugs, carbamate and the like; the three proteins of lysozyme, trypsin and bovine serum albumin can be separated from the base line, and the adsorption phenomenon of the proteins on the capillary silica gel monolithic column is obviously improved; and retention factors of all substances on the immobilized liposome capillary monolithic column are obviously increased, and the difference of retention behaviors is more obvious. Therefore, the immobilized liposome capillary monolithic column has better effect of representing the interaction strength between the substance and the biological membrane. |
