Hydrogel and process for manufacturing cooling patch by using hydrogel |
abstract |
The invention discloses a hydrogel and a process for manufacturing a cooling patch by using the hydrogel, belonging to the technical field of cooling patch production, wherein the hydrogel comprises the following components: 70-81 parts of glycerol; 11-18 parts of resin powder; 3.9-4.9 parts of a thickening agent; 0.35-0.45 part of dihydroxyaluminum glycolate; 0.25-0.33 part of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate; 16-18 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone; 7.5-8.8 parts of 10wt% tartaric acid aqueous solution; 0.85-1 part of aqueous preservative; 1.0-1.25 parts of a cooling agent; 1.6-1.9 parts of anhydrous alcohol; 170 portions of deionized water and 200 portions of deionized water; the resin powder includes at least one of H106, HQ 841. The hydrogel disclosed by the invention has the advantages of better adhesiveness and peel strength, is mild and non-irritant, and is not easy to damage skin. |
