abstract | The invention relates to a nano-silver antibacterial adhesive and a preparation method thereof, wherein the nano-silver antibacterial adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 20-50 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-5 parts of xanthan gum, 1-3 parts of citric acid and 0.01-0.05 part of nano-silver; the preparation method of the nano-silver antibacterial glue comprises the following steps: (1) weighing hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, xanthan gum and citric acid according to the proportion, putting into a rotary stirring and mixing pot, and mixing for 30-50min at a speed of 200 r/min; (2) adding the nano silver into the mixture obtained in the step (1), and mixing for 20-30min at the speed of 150-; (3) mixing, and packaging. The nano-silver antibacterial adhesive can avoid silver loss, and can slow down nano-silver oxidation, so that the antibacterial adhesive can keep antibacterial activity for a long time; the formula contains povidone, which can prevent the nano silver from agglomerating. |
