titleOfInvention | Bio-based polyurethane containing carbonate structure as well as preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides biobased polyurethane containing a carbonate structure, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the structural formula of the polyurethane is shown in the specification . The preparation method comprises the steps of firstly taking one bio-based monomer of vanillin, syringaldehyde or p-hydroxybenzaldehyde as a raw material to react with triphosgene under the action of a catalyst, and recrystallizing a reaction product to obtain a bio-based dialdehyde monomer containing a carbonate structure; reacting dialdehyde monomer serving as a raw material with sodium borohydride, and recrystallizing or separating a reaction product through a column to obtain a bio-based diol polymerizable monomer containing a carbonate structure; reacting a diol polymerizable monomer with diisocyanate under the action of a catalyst, then dripping into an anti-solvent for regeneration, washing and purifying to obtain the bio-based polyurethane containing the carbonate structure. The polyurethane of the invention has the characteristics of good water resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, solvent resistance and mechanical property, and the preparation method is simple, no harmful substance is generated in the production, the pollution is small, and the cost is low. |
