titleOfInvention Application of 1, 6-fructose diphosphate in preparing medicine for preventing miscarriage
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of medicines, and particularly discloses application of fructose-1,6-diphosphate in preparation of a medicament for preventing miscarriage due to spontaneous abortion. In vitro experiments and in vivo animal experiments show that the concentration of fructose-1,6-diphosphate in peripheral blood and decidua tissues of patients with repeated spontaneous abortion is reduced compared with normal pregnancy. Compared with control pregnant mice, the pregnant mice with spontaneous abortion model has the advantages of reduced plasma and uterus FDP level, reduced expression of uterus macrophage M2 phenotype molecule, reduced proportion of helper cell T (Th)2 and regulatory T cells, poor endometrial molting and reduced infiltration degree of embryo trophoblast. The above results show that: the 1, 6-fructose diphosphate can obviously improve the uterine immune tolerance pattern, molting and embryo trophoblast infiltration of a pregnant mouse with spontaneous abortion, and obviously reduce the embryo loss of the pregnant mouse. Therefore, the 1, 6-fructose diphosphate is expected to be used as an early warning and diagnosis index for patients with spontaneous abortion, and can be used for preparing a fetus protection medicament for spontaneous abortion.
