The medium includes a carbon source and a nitrogen source, wherein the carbon source includes soluble starch 30-70g/L, fructose 5-20g/L and lactose 5-20g/L, and the nitrogen source includes fish meal peptone 1-40g /L and yeast extract 10‑30g/L. The yield of tacrolimus fermented by the culture medium or the fermentation method of the present invention is high, and the titer is three times of that of the existing culture medium, reaching more than 1000 mg/L. |
