The invention also discloses a preparation method of the compound microbial agent and application of the compound microbial agent in degradation of lignin and cellulose. The microbial agent disclosed by the invention is easy to culture, convenient to operate and low in cost, can degrade lignin and cellulose, is particularly used for composting the pecan shells with high lignin content and the masson pine sawdust with high cellulose content, has a degradation rate of more than 50% on the lignin and the cellulose, and has a good degradation effect.
