titleOfInvention PET-based wood-plastic composite material and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a PET-based wood-plastic composite material which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 35-70% of PET, 10-40% of wood powder, 5-15% of low-density polyethylene and 0.1-20% of a compatibilizer, wherein the compatibilizer is an ethylene-octene copolymer grafted with glycidyl methacrylate and styrene. The PET is used as a base material, the ethylene-octene copolymer grafted with the glycidyl methacrylate and the styrene is used as a compatibilizer, an ethylene-octene copolymer chain segment of the compatibilizer is similar to a low-density polyethylene molecular chain segment, and a grafted glycidyl methacrylate can react with a terminal hydroxyl group of the PET and a terminal carboxyl group of the PET to form a copolymer at a blend interface, so that a good compatibilization effect is achieved, and the wood-plastic composite material has excellent mechanical properties.
