abstract | The invention discloses an electroplating sludge pressing non-steamed baking-free brick and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following specific steps: carrying out acid leaching on the electroplating sludge, dehydrating filter residues, and drying and modifying to obtain modified electroplating sludge; mixing and rolling the modified electroplating sludge, fly ash, construction waste powder, silica fume, calcium sulfate, boric acid, F14 liquid excitant and water to obtain a mixture; digesting the mixture to obtain a digestion material; mixing the digestion material and the consolidation agent, and repeatedly grinding the mixture to obtain a blank; and (4) quantitatively inputting the blank into a stamping system of a hydraulic forming machine to obtain a blank brick, and curing to obtain the non-steamed baking-free brick. The beneficial effects are that: the preparation method has low cost, can efficiently remove metals in the electroplating sludge, and the prepared baking-free brick has the advantages of high early strength, high strength, excellent compressive strength, long service life and good performance. |
