abstract | A byproduct separation device for preparing hydroxylamine hydrochloride by hydrolyzing nitromethane comprises a first-stage extraction device, a second-stage extraction device, a third-stage extraction device, a rectification purification device and an extractant recovery device; wherein, the lower water phase outlets of the first-stage extraction device and the second-stage extraction device are respectively connected with the upper water phase inlets of the second-stage extraction device and the third-stage extraction device; the rectification and purification device is connected with a lower water phase outlet of the third-stage extraction device and is used for rectification and purification of the hydrochloric acid; the extractant recovery device is connected with the upper organic phase outlets of the first-stage extraction device, the second-stage extraction device and the third-stage extraction device and is used for collecting the organic phase extracted in each stage of extraction device and distilling formic acid in the organic phase; a return pipeline is arranged between the extractant recovery device and each stage of extraction device so as to return the extractant after formic acid distillation to each stage of extraction device. The invention can realize the separation, purification and resource utilization of the two acids and realize the recycling of the extracting agent. |
