titleOfInvention | Cyclosporin solid lipid nanoparticle with good storage physical stability and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a cyclosporine solid lipid nanoparticle with good storage physical stability and a preparation method thereof, wherein the cyclosporine solid lipid nanoparticle comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.1 g-1 g of cyclosporine, 3 g-5 g of lipid material and 2 g-5 g of alkylated inulin derivative, wherein the alkylated inulin derivative is one or more of octyl alkylated inulin derivative, dodecyl inulin derivative and octadecyl inulin derivative, and the preparation method of the solid lipid nanoparticle comprises the following steps: (1) putting the lipid material in the formula ratio into a container, heating in a water bath until the lipid material is completely molten, and adding the cyclosporine in the formula ratio; (2) and (2) completely dissolving the emulsifier in the formula ratio in distilled water, heating to the same temperature as the lipid material and the cyclosporine in the step (1), adding into the container in the step (1), dispersing for a period of time by using a dispersion machine to obtain primary emulsion, ultrasonically dispersing for a period of time, and cooling to room temperature. |
