The invention discloses a method for preparing fluorinated biaryl hydrocarbons through light/nickel synergistic catalysis. The method uses cheap metal nickel salt as a catalyst without adding ligands, and catalyzes fluorinated aryl zinc synergistically with a trace amount of photosensitizer under visible light irradiation. Negishi cross-coupling occurs between reagents and aryl halides to prepare fluorinated biaryl compounds. The coupling reaction has good functional group tolerance and wide substrate applicability, and can obtain various fluorinated biaryl compounds (80%-96%) in high yield at near room temperature. Compared with the palladium catalytic system reported in the literature, the light/nickel synergistic catalytic system photosensitizer consumption used in the method of the present invention is low, the nickel catalyst is cheap, and there is no additional expensive ligand, which has the advantages of environmental protection, economy and practicality; Flow synthesis technology, the invention can easily realize the automatic synthesis of important fluorinated biaryl compounds. |
