abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-reflection material capable of preventing a decrease in the total luminous flux of a light source while having a sufficient anti-reflection function, and an optical semiconductor device in which an optical semiconductor element is sealed with the anti-reflection material. The present invention provides an anti-reflection material comprising a resin layer in which a porous filler is dispersed, wherein the porous filler forms irregularities on the surface of the resin layer for suppressing reflection, and is porous with respect to the total amount (100% by weight) of the anti-reflection material. An anti-reflection material containing 4 to 40% by weight of the intrinsic filler, and an optical semiconductor device in which an optical semiconductor element is sealed with the anti-reflection material. |
