According to the invention, the tread has at least one cut consisting of at least two portions (8, 9), the ratio of the width measured at the bottom of the first portion (9) to the width of said at least one first portion measured at the tread surface of the green tyre being strictly greater than 2, the ratio of the width of the second portion (8) measured at the tread surface of the green tyre to the width measured at the bottom of said at least one second portion being not less than 1, the tensile modulus of elasticity at least one inner liner of at least one working crown ply at 10% elongation being greater than 9MPa, and the maximum tan () value, represented by tan () max, of said at least one inner liner of at least one working crown ply being less than 0.100.
