A kind of oil eyelashe cosmetic preparation, it contains: the fusing point comprising 22~50 mass % be 50 DEG C more than or lower than 70 DEG C of (A-1) wax and fusing point be 70 DEG C or more and 110 DEG C (A-2) wax below (A) wax, the nonionic surface active agent that (B) HLB value of 0.1~10 mass % is 6~12, (E) water of (C) the volatility finish of 20~70 mass % and 0~5 mass %, and wherein the ratio [(A-1)/(A-2) (mass ratio)] of (A-1) and (A-2) is 1/0.2~1/5, and the oil eyelashe cosmetic preparation is in addition to volume effect, rolled efficiency, and except dressing durability (waterproofness), also there is excellent warm water removability, it can easily be removed ornaments and formal dress without using make up remover with warm water. |
