abstract | The invention discloses a method for determining the content of N, N-dimethylformamide in soil by using a rapid solvent extraction method and a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method. The method comprises the steps of extracting a soil sample by using a rapid solvent extractor, and determining the content of N, N-dimethylformamide in the soil by using a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry internal standard method. The detection limit of the method is 0.2mg/kg, the relative standard deviation is 6.38%, and the standard addition average recovery rate is 71.0-95.2%. The method has the advantages of good separation effect, high sensitivity, low detection limit, good reproducibility, simple and quick pretreatment operation and the like, and can be used for measuring the content of the N, N-dimethylformamide in the soil. |
