titleOfInvention | Saccharomyces cerevisiae with citrinin detoxification capability |
abstract | The invention discloses saccharomyces cerevisiae with citrinin detoxification capability and application thereof in citrinin detoxification. By adopting high-throughput breeding, a strain of saccharomyces cerevisiae with citrinin adsorption capacity is obtained by screening and is preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection (CCTCC), and the preservation number is as follows: CCTCC NO: and M2017724. The invention also discloses an application of the saccharomyces cerevisiae in the detoxification of citrinin, which comprises the following steps: the complete cells or cell wall components of the saccharomyces cerevisiae are added into the feed polluted by the citrinin, and the citrinin is reduced by at least 95 percent. The present invention may be used in detoxicating citrinin in feed. |
