titleOfInvention Strippable insulation shielding material for medium-voltage rubber cable and preparation process thereof
abstract The invention discloses a strippable insulation shielding material for a medium-voltage rubber cable, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 100 parts of acrylate rubber; 1-2 parts of TCY; 0.3-1 CTP; 1-2 parts of BZ; 4451-2 parts of an anti-aging agent; 3-5 parts of polyethylene wax; 161-3 parts of Aflux; 50-70 parts of superconducting carbon black; 10-20 parts of graphite powder; 6-10 parts of DOP. The invention provides a peelable insulation shielding material for a medium-voltage rubber cable, which can be easily peeled off after being co-extruded and vulcanized with an ethylene propylene insulation double layer, wherein the peeling force is 10-30N/10 mm, the volume resistivity is 30-50 omega cm, and the material has the advantages of high temperature resistance, oil resistance, halogen free and the like.
