The structure of the anti-neuroinflammatory stilbene analogue is as follows; wherein, R1 is H, halogen, C1~C5 saturated linear alkyl, C1~C3 substituted by one or more halogen atoms Saturated straight chain alkyl; R 2 is H, O(CH 2 ) m CH 3 , halogen, hydroxyl, C1~C5 saturated straight chain alkyl, C1~C3 saturated straight chain alkyl substituted by 1 or more halogen atoms base. The method for discovering lead compounds based on molecular assembly of the present invention designs new skeleton molecules by assembling pyrimidine piperazine and stilbene fragments, and synthesizes a series of stilbene analogs. The compound provided by the invention has significant anti-neurinflammation activity, can pass through the blood-brain barrier, and can be used as a lead compound for treating senile dementia.
