abstract |
Disclosed are arylsulfonamide derivatives of a class of heterocyclic restricted tricyclic compounds. The compounds are of the following class: (I). These compounds induce the translocation of the FOXO1 transcription factor to the nucleus by modulating PP2A and thus exhibit antiproliferative effects. It can be used to treat a variety of diseases, including as a therapy in cancer treatment, or in combination with other drugs to restore sensitivity to chemotherapy when resistance has developed. |
