The composition comprises one or more fragrance ingredients; and from about 5% to about 90% by weight of a liquid carrier having: various Hansen solubility parameters as follows: a dispersive solubility parameter of less than about 17MPa 1/2 ( δ d ), a polar solubility parameter (δ p ) of about 1 to about 7 MPa 1/2 , and a hydrogen bond solubility parameter (δ h ) of about 2 to about 7 MPa 1/2 ; a ClogP of less than about 3.5; and about 0.2 to about 1 mmHg the vapor pressure. |
