The capsule is prepared by mixing an aqueous solution of a hydrophilic polymeric gelling agent with an amphiphilic substance to prepare a mixture, adding cations to the mixture, and removing the amphiphilic substance. Wherein the hydrophilic polymer gelatinizer aqueous solution contains at least one selected from carrageenan, agar, sodium alginate and gellan gum, and the amphiphilic substance is soluble in oil and water. |
