titleOfInvention | Black zirconia ceramic and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a black zirconia ceramic and a preparation method thereof, wherein mixed slurry containing oxide, a dispersing agent and water is subjected to sanding treatment to obtain sanding slurry, the sanding slurry is mixed with a binder, granulation, molding, binder removal and sintering are sequentially performed to obtain primary ceramic, and reduction reaction is performed at 1350-1550 ℃ to obtain the black zirconia ceramic. The invention adopts the sand grinding technology to realize the refinement of the grain diameter of the raw materials, shortens the mass transfer distance among the grains, improves the mixing uniformity among the raw materials, obtains compact primary ceramics through granulation and sintering, and the primary ceramics has valence change of titanium in the reduction reaction, the transition orbit of electrons changes along with the valence change, the absorbed wave band changes correspondingly, and then the white ceramics become black ceramics. The results of the examples show that the black zirconia ceramics have the blackness value of 110-200 and uniform color distribution. |
