abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of suspension preparation quality evaluation, in particular to a method for evaluating the stability of a curcumin nanosuspension, which comprises the following steps: (1) diluting with pure water; (2) detecting the particle size distribution and recording the average value D4, 3; (3) performing thermal destruction treatment; (4) detecting the particle size distribution of the curcumin suspension processed in the step (3), and recording the average value D [4,3 ]'; (5) comparing the particle size distribution results, and calculating the coefficient of variation CV of the average particle size according to the following formula: CV ═ D [4,3 ]' -D [4,3] }/D [4,3] × 100%; (6) the stability of the curcumin nanosuspensions to be detected was evaluated by analysis of the coefficient of variation values. The method can effectively evaluate the stability of different turmeric nanosuspensions or different batches of the same turmeric nanosuspension, avoid the problem of uneven systems such as precipitation of curcumin drinking liquid and drinks, and improve the quality safety. |
