The invention provides a method for preparing aluminum-based composite materials based on laser selective melting, which includes the following steps: S1, using KBF 4 and K 2 TiF 6 powders as raw materials, and using mixed salt reaction method (LSM) to prepare in-situ authigenic TiB 2 /AlSi10Mg composite material, preparing the composite material powder by vacuum atomizing the in-situ self-generated TiB 2 /AlSi10Mg composite material; S2, preparing the composite material powder by laser selective melting to obtain an SLM sample; S3, for The SLM samples were subjected to a single aging treatment.
