titleOfInvention | Quantum dot grafted covalent triazine skeleton polymer and preparation method thereof, quantum dot ink and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of quantum dots and printing ink, in particular to a covalent triazine skeleton polymer grafted with quantum dots, a preparation method of the covalent triazine skeleton polymer, quantum dot printing ink and application of the covalent triazine skeleton polymer. In order to solve the problem that the ink-jet printing process is difficult due to excessive addition of organic additives in the conventional quantum dot ink, the invention provides a covalent triazine skeleton polymer grafted with quantum dots, a preparation method of the covalent triazine skeleton polymer, the quantum dot ink and application of the quantum dot ink. The triazine skeleton polymer is grafted with quantum dots. The covalent triazine skeleton polymer grafted with the quantum dots is synthesized by Schiff base reaction between aldehyde groups in the covalent triazine skeleton polymer molecules and amino groups at the tail ends of ligands on the surfaces of the quantum dots, and a local micro-crosslinking structure is formed among the polymers; the quantum dot ink prepared from the covalent triazine skeleton polymer grafted with the quantum dots can reduce the use amount of organic additives and reduce the process difficulty and cost of ink-jet printing. |
