abstract | The invention discloses a method for extracting ginkgolide, which comprises the following steps: 1) crushing ginkgo leaves, adding 50-70 v% ethanol for reflux extraction, filtering, adjusting the pH value of filtrate to 4-5, concentrating under reduced pressure, and refrigerating for later use; 2) and (3) extraction: extracting the cold storage liquid with petroleum ether, extracting the water phase with ethyl acetate, concentrating the ethyl acetate phase under reduced pressure, and drying to obtain crude bilobalide extract; 3) adding water into the crude bilobalide extract, stirring, adding ammonium chloride, and performing microwave radiation for 10-30 s to obtain a mixed solution; 4) and (3) putting the mixed solution on a D131 macroporous resin column, washing the column with water until the mixed solution is colorless, then eluting with 60-80 v% ethanol, collecting ethanol eluent, recovering ethanol in the ethanol eluent, centrifuging, filtering, taking filter residue and drying to obtain the ginkgolides. The purity of the ginkgolide extracted by the invention is up to more than 98%. |
