abstract | The present invention relates to the field of chemical synthesis, in particular to a method for preparing heterocyclic derivative 1 and metal salt 2 thereof. Compound 1 or 2 can be used to prepare antitumor drugs; heterocyclic derivative 1 and its metal derivative 2, compound 3 is deacetylated in methanol solution of ammonia to obtain compound 1; compound 1 obtained in step (1) and MOH is salified to obtain 2; the pure compound 1 or compound 2 prepared by this method is used as raw material to carry out condensation reaction with compound 4 to obtain compound 5; according to the method of the present invention, high-purity compound 1 and original compound 1 which cannot be obtained before can be obtained. The production cost of the unobtainable high-purity metal salt derivative 2, compound 5 is also significantly reduced. |
