Specifically, micrornas of miRNA708, and/or 301 clusters are capable of (i) promoting cardiomyocyte proliferation; (ii) improving the anti-hypoxia emergency capacity of the myocardial cells; (iii) reducing myocardial cell apoptosis and death; (iv) inducing the proliferation and differentiation of the myocardial stem cells; and/or (v) protection of myocardial cells from hypoxic stimuli.
