An antibacterial peptide is characterized in that the amino acid sequence of the antibacterial peptide is SEQ ID No. 1. On the basis of analyzing the spatial structure of the amino acid sequence of the swine-derived antibacterial peptide PMAP-36, 5 amino acids in the amino acid sequence of the swine-derived antibacterial peptide PMAP-36 are mutated, namely L7V, T11S, I18E, I25A and I32A, so that an antibacterial peptide product with higher antibacterial activity and better safety is obtained. |
