titleOfInvention | Comprehensive utilization of inorganic coating and salt treatment resources |
abstract | The invention discloses a resource comprehensive utilization method for inorganic coating and salt treatment, which comprises the following steps: KOH solution is used as pH value alkaline regulator of titanium dioxide inorganic coating, after inorganic coating is finished, the inorganic coating slurry is subjected to filter pressing to obtain filtrate, and titanium dioxide in the filtrate is removed; and adding the filtrate from which the titanium dioxide is removed into metatitanic acid according to the amount of potassium salt required by the salt treatment formula, and calcining to obtain the titanium dioxide. According to the invention, the titanium dioxide with normal whiteness and hue can be prepared by combining the inorganic coating of titanium dioxide with the treatment of metatitanate, taking KOH as an alkaline regulator of the inorganic coating and taking the generated sylvite waste liquid as a salt treatment agent of metatitanic acid, so that the pollution and resource waste caused by waste liquid discharge are avoided, and the comprehensive utilization of resources is realized. |
