titleOfInvention Assembled cell-derived extracellular matrix membrane composite bone repair material and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention provides an assembled cell-derived extracellular matrix membrane composite bone repair material and a preparation method and application thereof. The composite bone repair material is prepared by completely coating a three-dimensional degradable biological scaffold by a sheet acellular matrix membrane under an aseptic condition, freezing the coated three-dimensional degradable biological scaffold for 24 to 48 hours at a temperature of between 20 ℃ below zero and 80 ℃ below zero, and performing freeze-drying treatment to obtain an ECM membrane composite bone repair material; the sheet acellular matrix membrane is a cell-derived extracellular matrix which is generated by in vitro culture of cells and has certain osteogenesis inducing activity after acellular treatment, and the three-dimensional degradable biological scaffold is a biological scaffold which is made of natural polymers, has a three-dimensional porous microstructure and can be completely degraded and absorbed in a human body. The invention has good bone induction capability, further enhances the bone regeneration capability of the composite material, has simple and easy construction method, can be stored for a long time and has wide clinical application potential.
