titleOfInvention Electro-reduction graphene oxide-gold nanorod/poly (2, 6-pyridine) dicarboxylic acid compound and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses an electro-reduction graphene oxide-gold nanorod/poly (2, 6-pyridine) dicarboxylic acid compound and a preparation method thereof, and the compound is used for simultaneously determining guanine and adenine. According to the preparation method, graphene oxide is used as a supporting substrate, and a certain amount of gold nanorods can be fixed on the surface of the graphene oxide by utilizing the electrostatic adsorption effect, so that a graphene oxide-gold nanorod composite is prepared; fixing the graphene oxide-gold nanorod composite on the poly (2, 6-pyridine) dicarboxylic acid electropolymerization film by a pi-pi accumulation principle, and reducing the graphene oxide by the prepared ternary composite through an electrochemical method to prepare the electro-reduced graphene oxide-gold nanorod/poly (2, 6-pyridine) dicarboxylic acid. The composite material has extremely high electrocatalytic activity on the oxidation of two bases of guanine and adenine, and can be used for the ultra-sensitive detection of the two bases.
